Privacy Policy
1.1 Data Controller

1.2 Data Collection
We collect personal data only when voluntarily submitted through our contact forms, email correspondence, or service agreements. The data collected includes: full name, email address, phone number, company name, project details, and any additional information you choose to provide during the inquiry process.
1.3 Purpose of Processing
Personal data is processed exclusively for the following purposes: responding to inquiries, delivering contracted copywriting services, processing payments, sending service-related communications, and maintaining records as required by Spanish and EU law. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
1.4 Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months. Client project data is retained for 36 months after project completion. Financial records are retained for 7 years in compliance with Spanish tax regulations.
1.5 Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure of your data, restrict processing of your data, data portability, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). 1.6 Data Security
BrandTextCraft implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), access controls, regular security assessments, and staff training on data protection obligations.
1.7 International Transfers
Personal data is processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). In the event that data processing occurs outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, to ensure an adequate level of data protection.
Terms of Service
2.1 Service Agreement
By engaging BrandTextCraft for copywriting services, you enter into a service agreement governed by these Terms of Service. All services are performed by BrandTextCraft, registered at Plaza de San Juan de Dios 1, 11001 Cadiz, Spain. Service engagements are confirmed upon receipt of written brief and payment confirmation.
2.2 Scope of Work
The scope of each project is defined in the service brief provided at project initiation. BrandTextCraft delivers copywriting services as described in the selected service package. Any work beyond the agreed scope constitutes a separate engagement and will be quoted accordingly. Changes to scope after project commencement may affect pricing and timelines.
2.3 Payment Terms
Payment is required in full before project commencement, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Late payments incur a 2% monthly surcharge. BrandTextCraft reserves the right to suspend work on any project where payment is overdue by more than 14 days.
2.4 Delivery & Revisions
Delivery timelines are specified in each service package and commence upon receipt of all required materials from the client. Each service includes up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revision rounds are billed at 20% of the original service fee per round. Delays in client feedback may extend the delivery timeline proportionally.
2.5 Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables become the exclusive intellectual property of the client. BrandTextCraft retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. BrandTextCraft retains all pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, and methodologies used in service delivery.
2.6 Confidentiality
BrandTextCraft treats all client information, project details, and business data as strictly confidential. We will not disclose confidential information to any third party without prior written consent. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of 36 months.
2.7 Limitation of Liability
BrandTextCraft's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. BrandTextCraft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
2.8 Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cadiz, Spain.
Refund & Reimbursement Policy
4.1 Eligibility
BrandTextCraft offers refunds under the following conditions: (a) if work has not commenced, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days of the refund request; (b) if work has commenced but is incomplete, a partial refund proportional to work not yet delivered may be issued at BrandTextCraft's discretion; (c) if work has been completed and delivered, no refund is available except as described in section 4.3.
4.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: completed and delivered deliverables that meet the agreed scope; revision rounds already consumed beyond the included allowance; rush fees and expedited delivery surcharges; third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (stock images, premium tools, etc.).
4.3 Quality Guarantee
If deliverables substantially fail to meet the specifications outlined in the project brief, BrandTextCraft will, at its option: (a) revise the deliverables at no additional cost to bring them into compliance; or (b) issue a partial refund for the non-conforming portion of the work. Claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery with specific details of the non-conformance.
4.4 Refund Process
To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your project reference and reason for the refund request. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. BrandTextCraft reserves the right to request additional information to assess refund eligibility.
4.5 Cancellation
Cancellations made before project commencement receive a full refund. Cancellations made after commencement but before 50% completion are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations made after 50% completion are non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
4.6 Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU and Spanish law.
